20th anniversary Backcountry Campout
Date:  July 21st - July 28th, 2024
Where:  Kingston, Idaho  mile marker 29 (post)
Signs will be posted for easy directions.  Signs will have pinwheels on them.

Will you be bringing pets?  Your dog(s) will have to be on a leash at this event.  We do not want dogs running all over the place. *
We will be providing the following:  1) Breakfast on Wednesday 2) Lunch on Thursday  3) Dinner on Saturday.  We need to know if you will be joining us.  This will be a potluck style so NIDC will provide the main meal and the campers will provide sides (food sign up will be shared when the time gets closer) *

For your information about this Campout
1) There are NO hook ups
2) Bring your own water
3) MUST have shovel, axe and 5- gallon bucket with your RV/tent
4) This is Bear Country so food MUST be stored properly and safely
5) Plan to float the river, MUST bring your own floating tube/raft.  
6) We FOLLOW the forest service announcement.  If there is a campfire ban, we will not have a campfire.  If we have a forest fire and can't camp in our area, CAMPING WILL BE CANCELED.  WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BEFORE YOU MAKE THE TRAVEL
7) Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am.  That means generators are off at night!!
8) THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL!  WE DO NOT BAN ANYONE FROM ATTENDING OUR EVENT.
9) There will be Camping guidelines when you arrive, please read it and OBEY our guidelines.
