Please note that exam history transcripts are sent in PDF format. We do not provide hard copies.

  • Exam history transcripts are processed within 2 working days. 
  • Certificates are processed within a week (if requested before the completion ceremony).
Note: to request the CATT certificate, your results must have been approved by the Membership Committee. You can, however, request your exam history transcript any time.
