Failure to complete all parts of the scholarship  will result in no consideration. The Registrar will be in touch with more information.

SCHOLARSHIP POLICIES
1. One scholarship registration form must be filled out per CHILD.
2. Fee waivers must be submitted at least ten (10) business days prior to the end date of regular registration. It can take up to five (5) business days to process your application.
3. You will be informed of your fee waiver application status via letter or email. This does not mean the participant is registered. Registration IS NOT complete until you have obtained a receipt confirming your registration. Registration must be completed during the advertised registration dates.
4. The scholarship will cover all but the $50 Uniform Fee, which you must pay to be be in good standing on Opening Day. 
5.Space is limited and a spot on a roster IS NOT guaranteed with fee waiver approval.


REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration will not be accepted, even with fee waiver approval, after registration has ended.
It is your responsibility to register your child(ren) during the registration period. Registration dates can be found
on our website at www.hobgoodpark.com.
By completion of the below form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the fee waiver (except for uniform fee) and registration policies.

All scholarship recipients will be required to pay the $50 non-refundable uniform fee.
