By completing this form, we will begin the process of refunding your registration or deferring you registration to next year (based on responses below). If you request a refund this season, refunds will be issued via credit card (if you paid by credit card) or cheque (if you paid by e-transfer or cheque). If you have not yet paid for registration, we will simply cancel your registration and remove your required payment.
