Not sure what to pitch?

Here's some advice based on previous events:

Listen to the GROGNARD files podcast to hear about the games and themes that interest listeners
Vintage games, OSR, new editions of old games and re-working of vintage scenarios are popular
Settings that evoke the spirit of literary, TV and film worlds popular in the 80s attract interest

Don't feel constrained by these indicators, but be aware that it might take longer to pick up players.

More considerations:

Feel free to use multiple slots if you have an idea that needs longer sessions to develop
The slots are a maximum of three hours (evenings a little longer) but there's no minimum
Indicate the maximum number of players. All sessions will be capped at 4 initially, if there is demand, more spaces at your table will be released (up to your maximum).

Think carefully about your pitch as it will help people decide if they want to play your game.

 Make it as clear as possible what to expect.

The admission to games will be managed through Warhorn (the online convention management tool) nearer the time. If you need help with this, let us know. One of the perks of being a GM is that you get to choose games you want to play prior to them being released. The other perk is that you are part of a team delivering an awesome event - thanks!
