We prefer that all booths be staffed during these hours and you must stay within the boundaries of your booth space. These booths will be divided by the Henry County Fair Association’s Merchant Building Superintendent and marked with your business’s name on the day of set-up.

*You are responsible to provide your own tables, chairs, extension cords, fans, etc.

The Henry County Fair Association will not be held responsible and is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged property or merchandise.

ENTRY/ADMISSION: With your booth space, you will receive two exhibitor passes which will allow you admittance into the fairgrounds each day to be at your booth. You may purchase additional exhibitor passes at the cost of $13 per pass for any other staff that needs to get in to help at your booth.

GOLF CART PERMIT: $25 per cart for the week of the fair. Must present proper insurance of cart.

SET-UP: You may set-up Sunday, June 20th or Monday, June 21st from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Otherwise, you may set up on Tuesday, June 22nd when the building opens at 1 p.m.

NOTE: We WILL NOT have more than one of the same business in our Merchant’s Building. We will give returning vendors priority when accepting contracts. These vendors will be guaranteed their desired booth space. New vendors will be assigned on a first come, first pay basis.

CAMPING: Camping space is available for $25/unit/day for electricity and water. The camping space is a designated area on the “West Hill” of the grounds. Please fill out the camping application form and send in, as spots are filled as properly completed applications are received.
