Please use this form to apply for a need based scholarship to attend the 101st Annual State 4-H Congress, June 27-30, 2023. A limited number of scholarships are available. Youth are required to pay a deposit of $170. If a scholarship is not awarded, you will be responsible for the remaining balance by June 1. Payment is required to finalize your registration. You will be notified via email if you are awarded a scholarship.
