With this form, you are expressing your interest in participating in the first Basketball Tournament for this year 2019/20.

The tournament will have a duration of 2 weeks. The total cost for participating in the tournament will be £7/person. This cost will cover the expenses of the tournament, the court, the trophies, refreshments etc. The deadline for submitting this form AND completing the payment is Monday 28th October 2019.

By submitting this form, you agree on your personal data to be used ONLY for arranging the tournament and contacting you with regards to timetabling the events/games. After the end of this event, all data will be deleted permanently.

In this tournament the level and experience of the players in basketball is not important at all. The reason why it's asked here is only for formulating the teams fairly without big differences within each team. If you have any comments or concerns about this, please comment in the last question of this form.
