I understand that Wholemind Psychiatry does not participate in any insurance plans. I will be responsible for the appointment fee at the time of the visit. The practice has no control over whether or not insurance will cover fees. I will be provided with a superbill to submit to my insurance for reimbursement if applicable. The practice accepts HSA/FSA, credit, debit payments and cash.

Professional Fees:

1. Initial Video Consultation: 20-25 min, $100
This is an opportunity to ask general mental health questions, learn more about the practice and a mutual opportunity to assess if the practice is the right setting for your needs.

This is a non-refundable service however if deciding to schedule a diagnostic evaluation a credit will be applied. A list of alternative practitioners can be provided upon request if it is determined the practice is not the right setting.

2. Diagnostic Evaluation: 75 min, $500 ($400 after initial video consultation credit is applied; in person only)

This is a comprehensive biological, psychological and social evaluation. Laboratory recommendations are often provided to be completed by one's primary care physician.

3. Follow up sessions: $300 (45 min visit)

These sessions may continue the diagnostic evaluation, serve as an opportunity to initiate medication as needed and begin therapy sessions.
