There are two learning paths for MC Personalization users:

Business user - select this role if you are a non-technical resource working with Salesforce or a certified partner during implementation. You'll learn about all of the features and components of MC Personalization, along with some strategic best practices to follow to help you get the most of MC Personalization.

Developer - select this role if you are either self-implementing MC Personalization or you are picking up the deployment after Salesforce or a certified partner manage initial implementation.

Once you complete this form, a MC Personalization team member will review your request and give you access. You will receive an email invitation from eCampus that will include instructions for activating your account.

NOTE: eCampus access will only be provided to current MC Personalization customers. If you are not a current customer, you will not receive access.
