All incoming 6th graders will have one semester of Physical Education (PE) and one semester of Introduction to STEM.
   
IF there is still room in your schedule for electives, this form will be used to help us choose electives to put in your schedule.

Please RANK the following classes in order of how much you would like to take them – “1” being your top choice; “6” being your last choice.


PLEASE NOTE: It is quite possible you will not receive your first choice.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
