There are two membership options:

1) Annual membership + discounted cap: £40
2) Annual membership without cap: £30

The Sports Federation requires that we collect the information requested in this form on all members. By completing this form, you are agreeing to the club retaining your data for our records and sharing it with the Sports Federation as required.
