Crisis Worker Volunteer Interest Form
The Missouri Crisis Line is a 24-hour telephone, text line and online (chat) hotline. We offer a great one on one experience with flexible scheduling. Volunteers must be comfortable with using the computer and programs such as Zoom in addition to being comfortable with talking to crisis line visitors via phone and text message. No previous experience is needed, and volunteers only need access to a computer and reliable internet. 

Training takes a total of 40 hours over about 2 weeks with a combination of synchronous learning (via Zoom) and asynchronous content
