Show support for breast/chestfeeding parents in Champaign County by displaying a "We Support Lactation" decal on your business or organization’s window! Businesses, restaurants, public institutions, and event spaces can support lactation by:
-displaying signs supporting lactation and welcoming customers to feed in your establishment
-providing clean and welcoming lactations or nursing spaces (not the bathroom)
-training staff on current laws related to public breastfeeding
-exploring ways to allow nursing parents to bring their nurslings to work or accommodate work-from-home
-granting parental leave and especially paid parental leave
-providing on-site daycare options
-offering extra break time to allow for pumping or expressing human milk
