The screening process will consist of four steps. Completion of this initial questionnaire is the first. If it looks like we should explore further, you will move on to the next step. The four steps include:
- Completion of the following Caretaker Questionnaire, Part 1.
- Completion of Part 2 of the Caretaker Questionnaire which goes more deeply into personal and interpersonal aspects of yourself. This is to further explore if we are a good fit, since we will be sharing space and working closely together.
- An in-person interview where we can review your questionnaire responses to gain more clarity and where you can see the property and ask your questions of me (I’m happy to answer some or all of these questions as well!).
- Reference checks.
Some of the questions below relate to practical experience and some may seem more personal. This is so I can assess our alignment on values, vision, and lifestyle that are important in determining if we have a good fit for establishing a positive and cooperative relationship. Please expect to set aside about 30 minutes to complete this questionnaire. The form requires you to answer most questions, so if there is something you prefer not to respond to, feel free to state that.
