This form is used for registration for High Point Stables 2024 Horse Camps

Dear Parents and Campers, Thank you for taking an interest in the activities we are offering at High Point Stables. I am looking forward to spending time with your children; we will have so much fun learning together! This is a farm, so jeans and boots are required for your child’s comfort and safety. Your child will be getting dirty, so please have them wear appropriate clothing. We will be inside and outside so I suggest layers for your child’s comfort. I recommend bringing a backpack with an extra change of clothes, water bottle, snack, lunch. All children are required to wear helmets while riding at High Point Stables (if your child doesn’t have a helmet, one will be provided). We have a variety of horses to use for camp, however if you would like to bring your own horse you may do so at no additional fee. Talk to staff about this option prior to camp.

A sample schedule is available on the website to give you an idea of the activities we have planned for the week! Please remember this schedule is subject to change.

You are required to complete and email, mail in, or bring with you the waiver available on highpointstablesllc.com/horse-camp . Failure to complete this form will result in your child not being able to attend High Point Stables Horse Camp and forfeiture of your deposit.

Please note- The Medical Waiver is only required if we are administering medication to your child.
