I hereby declare that I am fully fit to do trekking and having no problem related to health or heart. I am also aware of the Trekking difficulties and heights during the trekking. I hereby declare that in case, if there will be any casualty due to my health problem during trekking tour/activity,  TREKGURU PRIVATE LIMITED as a Tour operator or any of our local guide will not be responsible. We try to provide adequate human staff support (within financial constraints) on the mountains to ensure the basic safety of a trekker. The trekker/customer has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case of any medical exigency or emergency condition.

♦️ Trekking is an adventure game. If you are injured or have an accident during this period, you responsible for yourself. Organizers will not be responsible for this.

♦️ The organizer will not be responsible if the participants arriving at the base village do not arrive on time or are unable to contact the organizer there.

♦️ Authentic local food will be Provided on trek.

♦️ Leaders decision will be final & binding to everyone till the completion of the trek.

♦️ Alcohol, Smoking, Chewing Tobaco is strictly not allowed on the trek. If found you will be disown from event.

♦️ Polluting trek route of the destination is strictly prohibited & any participant found doing so may have to face disciplinary action.

♦️ Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.

♦️ The team reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.  

🚫 In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
