As part of ChefConf '21 we are donating all ticket proceeds to a charity nominated by the Chef Community.  Please complete all fields in this form.

What organizations are eligible for the program?
Organizations must meet Progress’ definition of eligible 501c3 organizations (must be a recognized 501c3 organization that does not limit membership and services based on race, religion, color, creed, sex, age or national origin).  By definition, this means we are limited to charities in the United States this year, but hope to expand that if we continue this in the future.

The following are excluded:
Political action committees (PAC) or candidates for political office, religious organizations, fraternities/sororities, individuals. The nominating participant is not allowed to personally benefit financially from the donation.

How do I get their Federal Tax ID Number?
You should be able to get it directly from your contact person at the non-profit organization. If you not, you can search the website for the number or call the organization directly. Requests cannot be processed without this number.
