Request form for ethanol, bleach, denatured alcohol, ultrapure water, gloves and paper towels
Fill this request form to require ethanol, bleach, denatured alcohol, ultrapure water, gloves and paper towels for DSF Research and Educational Labs and Research Facilities.

1. Absolute and 96% ethanol is available in 2.5 L bottles. The actual costs are 16,00 € (absolute ethanol) and 12,00 € (96% ethanol), VAT included.

2. Bleach is available in 1 L bottles. The actual cost is 0,85 €, VAT included.

3. Denatured alcohol is available in 1 L bottles. The actual cost is 2,50 €, VAT included.

4. Ultrapure water is available in 5 L tanks. Each Group can withdraw maximum 2 tanks per week. The tanks are free of charge.

5. Nitrile gloves are available in different sizes, from XS to XL. The single package of 100 pieces costs 6,00 €, VAT included (if needed in other material, please specify it in the notes).

6. Paper towels are available in 2 roll packages. The actual cost is 9,00 €/package, VAT included.

FOR RESEARCH GROUPS: the requested products will be distributed ONLY on the coming Friday of the week at 11:30, in underground level of A Building (GEOTEC 00190 -1 028).
Requests will be accepted until Friday, no later than 10:30. Requests after this time will not be considered and will be queued on the following Friday's delivery

NB: RESEARCH GROUPS HAVE TO BE ON TIME, because at the end of the Service the products (except for Ultrapure Water) will be left on the delivery table. Edu-Labs Warehouse Service won't be responsible for not collected products during the normal distribution time. If not collected, Ultrapure water will be available only on the coming Friday, without filling out a new request form. 

At the end of the year, or periodically, DSF Administration will proceed with the recovery of funds.
