1. This is the registration form for CBCM Chinese School's 2022-2023 School Year. The 2022-2023 school year will start on 9/11/2022 until 6/4/2023. 這是中華聖經教會中文學校2022-2023 學年度的註冊表格。

2. The Tuition for the whole school year is $350.00. The Textbook fee for MeiZhou material is $17, and for Ma-Li Ping is $60. The PTA fee is $10 per family with no refund. 「美洲華語班」書費是 $17. 「馬立平班」書費是$60. 家長會費一個家庭是 $10. 本學年度不退費 。


3. 支票抬頭請寫 Please make check payable to CBCM-CS。

5. 學校可適當的調整班級人數，並按學生程度，調整學生至不同的班級，或取消人數不足的班級，以符合實際的需求。The CBCM-CS reserves the rights to cancel classes or transfer students to a different level if insufficient number of students register.


6. 退費標準 Refund Policy: 1st Week 100%, 2nd Week 50%, 3rd Week or later (No Refund) 以上不退費。


7. 若不清楚選班級，請與老師商議。Please consult with teacher if you are not sure which class is good for your children.
