Join us Sunday, September 20 on Monument Plaza at Fort Greene Park for games and light refreshments.  Each gathering will be limited to 50 attendees. All current health and safety guidelines in compliance with NYC Parks will be adhered to. They are as follows:

- Face coverings must be available and worn throughout the duration of the event.
- Space must allow for 6ft of distance to be maintained.
- Hand washing/sanitizing station must be available.
- The sharing of objects must be limited.
- Common areas and shared surfaces must be disinfected regularly.
- Those who have traveled to a high risk state, experienced symptoms of COVID-19, have received a positive test for COVID-19, or have had close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in the past 14 days should not attend the event.

Please fill out a form for EACH person in your household who will be attending.  You may use the same email address for multiple submissions.
