Stangs Lacrosse Camp is for boys in grades 3-8. Our camp is open to all skill levels. Our focus is to have fun and make each camper a better lacrosse player!
Hosted by Mainland Regional High School Coaching Staff, current players, current Division 1, 2 and 3 players and current PLL players;
Camp Directors: Luc Swedlund ( Mainland Boy's Lacrosse Coach) & Mark DiFrangia (Mainland Boy’s Lacrosse Defensive Coordinator).
- Each camper will receive a tshirt, pinnie & lanyard and prizes will be given away each day!
- Special guest speakers
- Daily competitions (longest throw, hardest shot, partner pass, trick shot, accuracy.)
- Awards given: Player of the day, Sportsmanship award, Teamwork award, Hustle award, Coaches award, Daily improvement award
Each coach is dedicated to passing on their knowledge of the game in a positive and value-oriented environment.
Cost: $275 (includes tshirt, pinnie & lanyard)

Boys: Full equipment
(helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, mouth guard, cleats, boys lacrosse stick)
All Players should bring water bottle, a healthy snack, sunscreen, and a positive attitude!
Daily Schedule
Each day has a very specific agenda. The 4 day camp is a progression of skills and techniques that will build each player’s individual abilities and team concepts.

Monday: Fundamental day
Tuesday: Position day
Wednesday: Transition day
Thursday: Competition day

10:00 Skills reinforcement
10:15 Daily Competition practice: Longest throw, hardest shot, partner pass, trick shot, accuracy.
