This form is for Cupcake Monograms (Cupcakes that are placed in Number or Letter Boxes).  If you would like a Cupcakes in a regular box or in the form of a bouquet, they are available on different order forms.

When we receive your order, we will verify our availability, calculate your total, and contact you with payment instructions for completing your order.  

If your date is available, you can then book your order by paying via Venmo.  Your order booking is only complete when payment is received.

Availability may be limited on certain dates.  If we are available for booking, we will have your order ready at 10 AM on the date you provide below.  We will send you pickup details when final arrangements are made.

What size Monogram would you like? *
Monograms are available in 2 sizes: Standard (16" tall) and Mini (8.25" tall).  

Prices for Monograms are calculated based on (1) your choice of Standard or Mini Cupcakes and (2) the decoration option you choose for your cupcakes.

Standard Monogram Boxes are sold with 1 dozen Standard Cupcakes per box.  (If the cupcakes don't all fit into the number/letter box, the extras will be provided in an additional box for you.) The monogram box is attached to a 14" X 19" Cake Board and is placed in a box for transport.

Mini Monogram Boxes are sold with 9 Mini Cupcakes per box.  (If the cupcakes don't all fit into the number/letter box, the extras will be provided in an additional box for you.) The mini monogram box is attached to a 10" X 13" Cake Board and is placed in a box for transport.

Specific Letter/Number Choice and Decoration Option pricing is available in the next step.  Color palette Options are available in the final step.

Ordering Guide: 

1 Standard Monogram Box means you will end up with 1 Dozen Standard Cupcakes; 2 standard boxes means you will get 2 Dozen Cupcakes.

1 Mini Monogram Box means you will end up with 9 Mini Cupcakes; 2 mini boxes means you will get 18 Mini Cupcakes.

If, for example, you know you need 2 dozen mini cupcakes, but only need 2 mini monogram boxes, you are welcome to add that information in the "Special Notes" section or contact me at 214.991.2231.  I will verify your order and make sure we have all of the details correct when I contact you about pricing and pickup information!
