Annual Parent and Family Engagement
Milton Elementary School participates in the Title 1, program under the Every Student Succeeds Act.   Under this program, there are two types of school programs.  The purpose of the schoolwide program is to upgrade the school's basic program serving the entire student population.   The purpose of a targeted assistance program is to provide services to those students most in need of supplemental academic support.   
The purpose of this questionaire is to gather information on how well the school communicates with parents of children participating in the Title 1 program.  Please take a moment to complete this questionaire.  Your feedback will be used to improve parent and family engagement activities.   Suggestions on how we can better help out students at home or at school are welcome.
