Flourish Africa’s Mentorship Program is designed to support beneficiaries of her signature Business and Life Skills Program. These entrepreneurs have undergone a 3-month intensive training and are equipped with the required knowledge to ensure that their businesses have the right foundation and structure to survive the business terrain.

To encourage continuous learning, Flourish Africa is seeking industry experts who will mentor her entrepreneurs and provide them with advice and hand-holding support to become the best version of themselves and fulfill our mission of empowering more women in our society.

These mentors should have the following qualities:

1. At least 5 years’ business experience with a proven track record of success.

2. Entrepreneurial and committed to developing themselves and others.

3. Excellent Emotional Intelligence, Listening and Communication skills.

4. Be willing to commit at least 2 hours monthly.
