London South Bank University (LSBU) will not collect any personal data unless you provide this to us with your consent. If you chose not to share your contact information the answers you provide on the survey will be held anonymously. Respondents who do provide contact information may be contacted to discuss their answers in more detail or to advise them that they are the winner of the prize draw. You can opt in to be contacted for one or both of these purposes at the end of the questionnaire.
In order for LSBU to process survey responses we may share your data with our Data Processors (J. Saunderson & P. Palmer): Your data will only be shared with them in relation to the two stated purposes. We will delete all personal data after the project is complete, which is scheduled to be six months from the date of the survey. Following the end of the project the survey responses will be retained in an anonymised format.

You must leave your personal details (name and email address) if you wish to be entered into the prize draw. The prize winner will be picked at random no later than 30/04/2021 and notified by email. The prize will be delivered as two £50 One4All vouchers, totalling £100. If your prize is not claimed within 30 days we reserve the right to redraw the competition.
