- This form is to tell us what you would like to take, it does not guarantee your placement in a class. Your alternate choice will be used in case a class is full or you do not meet the prerequisites.

- Please do not sign up for a class more than once.

- Some classes have prerequisites, please be sure your student meets these requirements.

- A student can only sign up for Band 8 if they are currently in Band 7.  

- World Languages are high school level courses. If a student is interested in signing up for Spanish I, French I, or Latin I they must meet the requirements listed on the course description.  

- Health and PE is a required class. However, for 8th graders, if a student is signed up for Band and a World language class, the student will not take Health and PE.
