Full tuition is required 1 week prior to lesson starts.
To cancel a scheduled lesson, 1 week in advance notice is required.
Cancellation within 3 days is subject to charge of 1/2 lesson.
Cancellation within 24 hours is subject to full charge of the lesson.
With a package of 10 lessons, one free cancellation is allowed as courtesy.
In case of withdrawal of purchased package, parent can choose to receive prorated future credit (expiring in 1 year) or refund with tuition calculated as drop-in lessons.
