Artistic Director Search Committee Application

The Puget Soundworks Board of Directors has installed a committee to search for our next Artistic Director, Co-Chaired by Christina Wilson and Carol Logan. We are searching for 4-6 people to join the committee who can assist with networking, recruiting, and vetting candidates.

The ideal candidates for joining the AD Search Committee would have any of the following:
· HR/Hiring Manager/Recruiting experience
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience on any other AD search committee
· Good follow through
· Ability to take direction
· Available for periodic, and up to weekly, progress meetings held by Zoom on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm through the end of 2021
· Added bonus: Connections in the music or with the conducting/AD community
