Starter - Fresh Arugula Salad tossed with red onion, lemon maple dressing, dried currants, goat cheese and toasted almonds.

Entrée- Pan seared Chicken with white wine cream sauce served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes

Desserts- SCC Chocolate Cake with Icing
