本フォームは，学生スタッフが取り扱うことで業務の適正な執行に支障が生じうるような機微な内容を含む問い合わせ専用のフォームです．
このフォームからの問い合わせは，通常の問い合わせと異なり，教職員のみで対応を行います．ただし，このフォーム内で問い合わせの中で機微な内容であると判断した部分とその理由をお伺いしますので，その内容から問い合わせが機微なものには該当しないと考えられる場合，返信にて学生スタッフに対応を引き継いでよいか確認することがあります．

This form is exclusively for inquiries that contain sensitive information, which could potentially hinder the proper execution of duties if handled by student staff.
Inquiries submitted through this form will be addressed solely by faculty and staff members, unlike regular inquiries. However, we will ask for the sections you deem sensitive and the reasons why in this form, and if the inquiry seems not to be considered sensitive, we may ask you to allow handling the inquiry by student staff.

本フォームは，学生スタッフが取り扱うことで業務の適正な執行に支障が生じうるような機微な内容を含む問い合わせ専用のフォームです．
機微な内容として具体的には，学生スタッフの中に当事者がいる可能性があり，かつ，当事者が取り扱うことにより問題が生じうる事項を主に想定しています．例えば，問い合わせの入力内容に学生の成績の情報が含まれる場合などが当てはまります．
一方，この条件に該当しない限り，個人のアカウントや連絡先などの情報・システム内で行った操作に関する情報・部局や研究室などの内部情報といった内容は，ここでいう機微なものには当たらないと想定しています．学生スタッフによる情報の取り扱いについては，必要な文書を取り交わした上で教職員の管理・監督のもと行っていますので，このような情報を取り扱うことは問題ありません．

This form is exclusively for inquiries that contain sensitive information, which could potentially hinder the proper execution of duties if handled by student staff.
Information is considered to be sensitive if there is a possibility that a member of student staff is a relevant party to the inquiry and this could cause a problematic situation. An example of such sensitive content would be information regarding a student's grades.
On the other hand, unless this condition is met, contents such as personal accounts and contact information, information related to operations performed in the system, and internal information of departments and laboratories are NOT considered to be sensitive. Since student staff have signed necessary agreements and handle information under the control and supervision of faculty and staff members, there is no problem with the handling of these kinds of information.
