Rising 7th/8th Grade R.E.A.C.H. Application
This admission application is to be completed by a parent/guardian only.

All applications must be submitted by Friday, May 20th, 2022.   Meeting the basic eligibility requirements for R.E.A.C.H. does not ensure selection for the program.  The decision of the selection committee will be final.

Acceptance notifications will be e-mailed to parents on a rolling basis as spots become available.

Minimum requirements for the R.E.A.C.H. Program:
• Student must be zoned for Fort Clarke Middle School (this is not a magnet program)
• 3.5 cumulative GPA (with a minimum of a B average in Language Arts)
• Exemplary conduct and attendance
