The administration of SWMS is committed to serving the needs of our members and creating a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive space for all individuals working in the marine science sector. We would like to understand what programming is working and what is missing.

It is important to know who our members are, and who is experiencing barriers to membership and/or participation in SWMS activities. Without this information, we cannot make the necessary changes to SWMS policies and practices to ensure a safe and inclusive space for people who hold marginalized identities.
