HvZ Tag Reporting Form

All Zombies must report tags within 3 hours and before midnight to receive credit. To report a tag, Zombies must turn in the former Human's player code. Please submit a separate form for each Human tagged.

Reminder: Zombies are not allowed to have any sort of defensive or offensive items. They are only allowed to tag Humans with their hands.

Zombies may only tag Humans in the arms, legs, shoulders, and back. Any players who believe they have been touched inappropriately as a result of gameplay should contact a Game Administrator and the Title IX office to report the incident.
