Membership Application
All members of The Social Homeschooler must have at least one (1) homeschool child who is at least 5 years of age and no older than 19 years of age by August 31st of the traditional school year (August - May).

At the end of this form, there is a series of questions. Please select yes or no as appropriate for each question.

This form must be completed in its entirety. Failure to fully complete this form or to provide false information will result in the member application being denied and returned.

The Social Homeschooler  board will review your membership submission and you will be notified within 7 business days of application status.

Approval email will be sent with payment link to finalize the process. If your application is not approved for any reason you will receive an explanation via email.

I understand my membership fee will support only group events, but that there may be events with additional expenses.  By agreeing to attend events with fees for attendance, I am agreeing to pay for those events in full. *
I accept all liability for any injury, bodily harm, loss of property incurred by me or my family (family members are listed in my membership application) when attending The Social Homeschooler events, whether at public or private properties.  Any injuries sustained or loss of property incurred during events are the sole responsibility of my family. The Social Homeschooler is waived of any liability for injury, bodily harm, loss of property. *
Upon membership approval, I agree to pay my membership dues in full within 14 days of approval notification. *
I have read in full the Community Standards as outlined in the Member Handbook. I agree to the stated Community Standards and understand failure to comply can result in removal from the group. *

I hereby grant permission to The Social Homeschooler to use photographs and/or video of me and/or my children (listed on the application) taken at events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of The Social Homeschooler.
