CUES Science Club Application
Carrollton Upper Elementary School Science Club is open to 4th & 5th grade students interested in sharpening their science skills and exploring the world of science. Each grade level club will meet starting in September on a Thursday of each month from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. We will be racing balloon cars, eating insects, designing new insects that move, and performing other science experiments.  

Please complete a separate application for each student that is registering for Science Club.

Application and membership fees are due by September 1, 2023.

Member Requirements
Students must maintain a passing average in all subjects and exhibit Trojan GOLD behavior at all times.
Students must have an interest in science.

PARENTS, please pick up your student at 3:30 p.m. on meeting days at the front of the school. Students who are not picked up by 3:30 will be sent to the After School Program and required to pay a $10 late pick-up fee before the student can return to the next Science Club meeting.
Membership Fee
A membership fee of $50.00 is due before attending the first meeting of Science Club.  This fee will be used to purchase consumable items and science materials.  The fee can be paid online through the CUES website or through this link https://bit.ly/scienceclubcues.
