We will also offer an early summer course starting in May (option A) and a later summer course starting in June (option B) to give students more flexibility. The first 2 clinics will be held in Gainesville on 6/22/24 and 7/20/24, and the third clinic will be held in Miami on 7/27/24.

This fall, the course starts in August with capstone surgery day options on 9/28/24 or 10/5/24.

We usually set up a cat trapping excursion so students can experience what it's like to interact with a cat caregiver, scope out a trapping site, deploy different kinds of equipment, and humanely capture and transport cats for surgery. The semester course schedule didn't have a great opening for this so we made it optional this time. The Operation Catnip team would be happy to take you trapping. Is this something you would like to do? Trapping is usually in the evenings and weekends. *
What are your main goals for this course? These could range from organizational/operational topics to specific surgical elements you would like to focus on. *
