When indicating availability, be sure to check the schedule for conflicts with pitch sessions/conference sessions you're interested in. If you wish to receive reimbursement for your registration, you'll need to serve at least 6 hours at the conference and have current registration status. The more time slots you indicate availability for, the more flexibility we have in creating the schedule.

Please check the Conference schedule to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts. If you indicate more than 6 hours of availability, you'll only be scheduled for 6 hours, but presenting more options allows more flexibility in scheduling. You will not necessarily receive your first choice of scheduling options. (Pitch session volunteers: you cannot both pitch a book and volunteer as a pitch session helper.)
