This application is exclusively for the 5NP Ear Acupuncture training of Rhode Island-licensed MDs and DOs. The classroom will include didactic instruction and a practice lab satisfying requirements for all participants to earn a Certificate of Completion. This certificate allows Doctors to use 5NP ear acupuncture in RI.
To apply, simply complete the form below.
You DO NOT need to email us to verify that we received your registration. If you complete this google form you have completed the registration process. Once registration is received and accepted, an invoice from Manchester Acupuncture Studio will be sent along via email.
Class size is limited, however future trainings will be offered commensurate with interest.
Once this form is submitted to us, you will receive an emailed invoice in order to complete registration and confirm your spot. The training cost is $250
One more thing! Membership in POCA is a pre-requisite for enrollment in this course. If you are not already a member, we invite you to join.
Membership is an additional cost of $50 paid directly to POCA.
