2021 Supply Chain GHG Emissions Inventory Cohort Training
This Supply Chain GHG Inventory Cohort provides structured technical assistance to guide ICLEI members through the steps of quantifying the greenhouse gas emissions associated with local government operations. The inventory can act as a baseline to inform local government procurement policies and programs to reduce environmental impact, create operational efficiency, and drive innovation.

The cohort will assist up to 12 member cities or counties, at no additional cost, as they identify “top spend” categories for analysis and create a supply chain emissions inventory.  This cohort will also share best practices from communities utilizing sustainable procurement practices as well as other avenues for direct action. Expect 40 hours of effort during the eight-month cohort duration.
