PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT BUSING:

You may select 1 AM bus stop and 1 PM bus stop – no last minute changes

A new request form must be filled out and resubmitted if your residence or childcare changes. The transportation department may need up to 1 week to consider route changes before a new request is approved or denied.

Students will not be permitted to ride with a friend on another bus.

If your child has an appointment and is not to ride the bus on a given day, a detailed parent note or email must be delivered to the building secretary.

During an emergency, the parent/guardian must contact the building secretary by 2:00 PM to hold the child for car pickup.

Please fill out and submit this form ASAP. If this form is not filled out and submitted by August 13, bus services for your children may not be approved by the first day of school, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 20.
