Thank you for your interest in being part of one of the Working Groups of the NCHCA Recruitment Project. The four groups are:

1. Exploring ways to improve the working conditions in the industry
2. Expanding the current labour pool
3. Connecting with high school students and the school system
4. Supporting people to develop their careers at all levels of the industry

What is the commitment?

We are asking participants to make the following commitments:
1. Attend 4 virtual meetings (dates below)
2. Engage in follow up work between meetings (details below)

We will be meeting 1:00 - 3:30 pm ET on the following dates:
● September 16
● October 14
● November 9
● December 2

These virtual meetings will be experiential and highly interactive. They will be facilitated by Reos Partners who are experts in supporting virtual engagement. The time will be spent developing the strategies of the four different working groups through both plenary and breakout groups. The meetings will be 2.5 hours in length with breaks.

In addition to the virtual meetings we anticipate you would need to put in 2 to 3 hours of additional working time between meetings. This time may be used for any activities such as:
● Meet in smaller task groups  
● Talk to identified subject matter experts
● Do research
● Brainstorm ideas
