MPC & shOUT PERFORMANCE REQUEST

Please provide as much detail as possible in outlining your requirements, so we can assess whether we are able to fulfill your performance request.

Before filling out this form, we recommend reading the document "MPC Performance Request Information and Conditions" on our website. It contains important information, including details about our performance fees.

Key points to keep in mind:

  • Both the Melbourne Pride Chorus and shOUT are community choirs, not small vocal groups. Our music is designed for larger groups of singers. For MPC, we typically require a minimum of 30 singers, and for shOUT Youth Chorus, at least 15 singers. Please consider this when making your request.

  • Our choirs consist of volunteer members, many of whom work during the day. As a result, performance requests are more likely to be successful if scheduled after 6pm or on weekends.

  • To ensure the availability of performers, we recommend submitting your request at least 3-4 months in advance.

  • We charge performance fees to support the ongoing activities of our choirs. However, we are open to considering requests for reduced fees for small, not-for-profit performances.
