5. I understand that I must keep any and all information about animals, animal situations, and residents confidential. *
6. I will not make statements to the media regarding my volunteering or the operations of the Shelter. *
7. I make statements as a representative of the opinions and policies of Hopatcong Animal Shelter. *
You must be 18 years or older to volunteer Release: I understand that handling the animals and other volunteer activities places me in a hazardous situation and can result in injury to me including, but not limited to, dog or cat bites, diseases from animals, diseases from insects and slip and fall accidents.  On behalf of myself, my heirs or personal representatives, I waive all claims from injuries, now or in the future.  I release, indemnify and hold harmless, Hopatcong Animal Shelter and Borough employees and agents from any and all claims for injury, death or damage to property arising out of my connection with my volunteer activities.  I understand that I am giving up significant legal rights by signing this document. *
Photo Release: I hereby authorize Hopatcong Animal Shelter to use any photographs of me in its possession for public relations purposes. *
