Interest form for the Riley Research Group at the University of Washington

Hello, and thank you for your interest! The Riley Research Group (led by Dr. Nick Riley) at the University of Washington explores questions about extracellular biology using mass spectrometry, glycoproteomics, and chemical biology. A major interest of ours focuses on glycocode regulation and dysregulation in cancer progression and metastasis. We hope these links to Nick's Google Scholar and the Riley Research Group website provide helpful background information.

We are always happy to connect with interested scientists. If mass spectrometry, bioanalytical chemistry, glycoscience, and chemical biology sound like fun corners of the scientific universe for you to explore, please enter your information below.

We are interested in people with all research backgrounds, but would be especially keen on talking to people with experience in bioinformatics, in vitro and in vivo cancer models, and molecular biology. We plan to train all lab members to have extensive expertise in mass spectrometry-based methods, and we also welcome those from the mass spectrometry community who want to learn more about how to use mass spec to pursue interesting questions in extracellular (glyco)biology.

Clear selection
Please briefly describe your research background (a list of skills/interests or just a few short sentences work great). For those looking to start research, it is ok to say no research background, but please let us know your general research interests. *
What website would be best for us to read more about your work? Your Google Scholar page, a link to your PubMed bibliography, a lab webpage, or a personal webpage will help us best learn more about your science! *
What interests you about working with us? A sentence or two helps us know how to best start conversations with you. *
What general timeframe would you be interested in starting in our group? *
If you have a Twitter profile you would like us to connect through, please let us know! Ours are @riley_nm1 and @riley_research.
