Event Participation Request
READ FIRST: If your club is hosting an event (on campus, off campus or virtually), needing a meeting space on campus, or requesting to fundraise, you will need to fill out an Event Request form through EMS. You will only fill out this Event Participation Request form if your club is attending an event that someone else is hosting on campus, off campus (within 25 miles of Pensacola) or virtually. This form should be filled out at least 3 business days prior to the event.
