Shirts are unisex and will be required for certain volunteer positions assisting during the Megabon event on Saturday, September 7th.
Volunteer Roles

Set Up: Set up barricades, cones, tables, chairs, trash/recycling bins, lights, lanterns, signs, flags, booths, etc.

Parking: Scan QR codes, verify parking passes and distribute packets, direct vehicles to appropriate parking area, and guide vehicles to parking spaces in order to maximize parking. Direct non-VIP, vendor or volunteers to general parking. Note: Volunteers assisting with scanning must be willing to download QR code app to cell phone.

Vendors: Check-in vendors and guide vendors to their assigned booths. Proactively do rounds to address any vendor questions or issues.

VolunteersCheck-in event volunteers, hand out volunteer t-shirts, and direct volunteers to their assignments. Assist with volunteer meals and lost and found. Float to other volunteer positions as needed to deliver meals and give breaks to other volunteers.

Games: Prepare game supplies, collect scrips, explain and enforce rules, facilitate games, redeem prizes.

Security: Monitor seating areas, prevent individuals from crowding out the dance circle, maintain walking areas, and ensure barricades remain in place.

Merchandise: Receive merchandise orders and provide appropriate change, pull merchandise sold and bring to cashier.

Beer Garden / VIP: Check IDs, wristband attendees, collect payments and serve drinks at the bar. Must be 21+.

Water: Collect payments and serve soft drinks.

Sanitation: Refill bags for trash and recycling units around designated areas. Transport full bags to the designated trash/recycling bins with rolling carts. Pick up trash around the grounds.

Break Down / Clean Up: Breakdown tables, chairs, cones, barricades, recycling bins. Remove string lights, lanterns, signs, flags, etc. Clean up event grounds, pack event supplies, sort recycling.
