8th Annual Copper K Fiber Festival - Vendor Application                       

The Copper K Fiber Festival is sponsored by Ranching Tradition Fiber. The festival will take place at the historic Copper K Barn, south of Whitehall, Montana.  July 20 & 21, 2024

Application Process:   

  • Application is required.  
  • Application must be submitted or postmarked by June 1, 2024.          
  • Application is accepted / rejected through committee review and jurying.    
  • We have limited space.  You will be notified of acceptance / rejection no later than July 1, 2024.
  • If accepted, you will receive a booth invoice at the time of acceptance.
  • Booth Fees are due upon acceptance and receipt of booth invoice.                                                        
Eligibility:                                     
  • Booth merchandise must be fiber or textile-related.
  • Vendors must carry and provide proof of insurance.

Business Description ~Copper K Fiber Festival will use this for advertising your booth, so sell yourself to festival attendees! 100 word maximum. *

BOOTH OPTIONS: The first priority of the committee is to create a diverse and interesting flow to the Copper K Fiber Fest event. Each year, we tend to get more applications and/or requests than we have space for indoor and/or outdoor booths. As a result, please note your preferences below.

Choose one and rank your preference. If you select a larger space than you’ve had in the past, the committee reserves the right to limit you to your previous booth size, depending on availability. We will make every endeavor to honor location requests and keep returning vendors in the same location, but we cannot make any promises or guarantees.

Once accepted and booth fees are paid in full:

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and (if outside) tent.
  • Outside vendors must be prepared for weather situations, including winds, with added stake downs and weights. For the safety of you and others, you are responsible for securing your tent, displays, and all merchandise within your booth space.
  • Dogs are allowed on the grounds and in booths, but they must be sociable, leashed and under control at all times.
  • Montana has no state sales taxes, so out of state vendors are not required by our laws to collect tax. You may need to check with your home state for any other information about declaration of sold goods.
Copper K will announce and promote vendors through marketing channels.
 
Cancellations and refunds:

No refunds after May 15, 2024
No refunds due to weather events.
 
LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE: By checking box below, you release Copper K Fiber Festival / Ranching Tradition Fiber of any liability for your product, sales, or displays and you give consent to use your images for Copper K Fiber Festival promotion.
