I grant the MIT Media Lab, an organizational unit of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”), located at 77 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A., the perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, fee- and royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to: 

● Record my participation and appearance on digital or film photography, video, audio, and/or any other medium (collectively, the “Recordings”). 

● Reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and/or publicly perform, in print, electronically, or in any other medium, including on the Internet, copies of the Recordings, in whole or in part. 

● Use my name (or any fictional name), likeness, voice, and/or biographical material and information in connection with these Recordings. 

I hereby grant permission to MIT to disclose the Recordings, and any information contained within the Recordings, to third parties, including by posting them on the Internet. 

I represent that I possess all rights necessary to grant these permissions and acknowledge that this grant of rights is made voluntarily by me. I further agree to release and forever discharge MIT, its agents, employees, and designated representatives from any and all claims in law or equity that I, or my heirs or personal representatives, have or shall have, arising out of MIT’s use of the Recordings. 

This license and release is governed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

You are solely responsible for your own travel and accommodations for the Learning Machines Training event. MIT is not responsible for any cancellations, charges or other expenses related to your participation in the event.

If you do not agree to this release, we will ask to affix a small sticker to your badge and make every effort not to photograph nor record you during the event.
