Bidwell Presbyterian’s Adaptive Program wants your child’s time in our program to be safe, fun, and lead to a deeper relationship with Jesus. Our desire is to get to know your family and partner with you in meeting these goals. The following questions will help us know how to better serve you and your child.  Please know anything you share will be held in confidence, and shared only with those who need to have access to this information. You will have an opportunity to review the final document and accommodation plan before we hold it on file and inform us of any changes or clarifications you would like to make. Appropriate information will be shared with any volunteer that works directly with your child.
